‘arcHIVE’ and ‘displacement’ are interactive pieces where individuals are invited to select a scroll, unravel it to read it, and then reroll and replace it within the sculptural model. This process as an ongoing activity creates a metaphor of mobility where there’s random selection and change.
Both art works give a sense of the individual amongst the masses whilst revealing the commonality of a collective social group.
